Delivery and Timings

All of our oak furniture is made to order. On receiving your order it will be entered into our production system and a member of staff will begin to select the most appropriate sections of oak for your order.

Because we have several orders in production at one time, we work to a two week turnaround for new orders. If your order is for a standard size oak product then we may be able to speed up delivery! If your order is for a bespoke item it may take us slightly longer to prepare the design and manufacture.

Once your order is received a member of staff will contact you to update you with our current delivery schedule, you may also Contact Us prior to placing your order, we would be happy to discuss any special delivery requirements.

Collection

If you have chosen to collect your order, a member of staff will contact you once your order is ready to collect. They will also be able to help you with directions and collection times.

Taking Delivery

If we are delivering your order we will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable date and time. Most of our products are very heavy, we ask our customers to ensure someone is available at the address to help take delivery.
